We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as received

π« Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Consumable pet products
- Final sale items

All return requests must be submitted and approved before sending any items back.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.
