Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.
Processing time
Orders process within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping time
Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
- Flat rate shipping of $4.99 for orders under $75
Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Delivery notes
We do our best to deliver on time, but occasional delays can happen from factors outside our control, like carrier delays or weather. Thanks for your patience.
Incorrect address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 5 days at support@lilyandlove.store and we'll make it right.
